CommerceServer Connections is the planned Google application for sending customer email, viewing selected-calendar events and creating appointments from CommerceServer/Feeding Frenzy. It is separate from signing in to the product.
Prelaunch: The connector is not deployed. There is no working Connect action on this page. No Google tokens or customer Gmail or Calendar data have been collected by this application.
The planned Gmail connection requests send-only permission (gmail.send). V1 sends HTML correspondence from the existing product composer through your selected Google account. It does not add attachment upload or attachment composition. It does not read incoming email, ingest replies or synchronize your mailbox. Read replies in Gmail.
The planned v1 Calendar connection lists calendars (calendar.calendarlist.readonly), displays events from the calendars you select and creates appointments in a selected writable destination. The calendar.events permission also permits event updates and deletions, but v1 does not add an event update or cancellation screen. Google's grant covers accessible calendars subject to their access controls; an in-product selection does not reduce that grant.
Public meeting-link availability remains based on native Feeding Frenzy appointments only. V1 does not add Google-backed public-booking availability checks.
OpenID and email identify the account selected for a connection. Gmail and Calendar are separate permissions. Connecting an account will not create a CommerceServer tenant membership or change your product roles. You can review or remove Google grants at Google Account connections. Revocation does not erase sent messages or existing events.
Read our Privacy Policy, including Google data permissions, Limited Use restrictions, current prelaunch handling and deletion-request instructions. The connector's actual storage and deletion lifecycle must be documented before it becomes available. Google data will not be sold, used for advertising or used to train general-purpose AI models.
